I found the location quite convenient near the main train station.. the staff offered excellent service, and i received a packed breakfast due to an early checkout. the breakfast options had good variety. They changed options . i also liked the tram stop close by, just a short walk away.

The staff were very helpful, and they gave us a packed breakfast because we had to check out early. I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was sparkling clean. The towels and beds smelled clean too. The beautiful ladies at the front desk are nice and efficient.

I found the bathroom design pretty strange. The door was partially see-through. A mirror placement outside made it worse. Anyone could see your reflection. the breakfast area felt cramped. It was difficult to find a table during busy times.

I really liked the breakfast. It have a tasty hot potato soup, and many of breakfast options. The super nice team, they spoke good English, and were always smiling. The hotel is close to the tram stop.
The room wasn't quiet. It was near the hotel cleaning cabinet. The bed wasn't confortable, it was old. The walls needs a new painting.

the staff was very helpful , all of them. a tram stop is just next to the building. it made getting around very easy. it also secure hotel around the hotel.
the bathroom was quite small , and it felt a bit inconvenient. there was no coffee maker in the room, which i missed.

The location is great and easily accessible to public transit.
The room was not properly cleaned daily. Curtains looked dark. I also found the hotel noisy. It is an old building. Mattresses seemed very basic and the doors had glass that seemed damaged by moisture especially in the bathroom.
