convenient stay close to transport
helpful staffeasy transportsmall bathroom
the staff was very helpful , all of them. a tram stop is just next to the building. it made getting around very easy. it also not sketchy at all around the hotel.
the bathroom was quite small , and it felt a bit inconvenient. there was no coffee maker in the room, which i missed.

the hotel is not directly in the city center , however , a tram stop is a few meters away. it is very easy to get around from this location , and the neighborhood felt safe.

the staff were kind and helpful. they spoke english well , which i appreciated. i was happy to find gluten-free bread was available at breakfast upon request.

The location is great and easily accessible to public transit.
The room was not properly cleaned daily. Curtains looked dark. I also found the hotel noisy. It is an old building. Mattresses seemed very basic and the doors had glass that seemed damaged by moisture especially in the bathroom.
