online check-in stone hard bread
The online check-in process was a mess, it caused significant delays upon arrival. I didn't receive clear instructions beforehand, so figuring out the access codes proved needlessly complicated. additionally, the lack of on-site staff made getting immediate assistance impossible. I had to rely on slow email communication for basic support. the breakfast was surprisingly poor, the selection felt limited, and the quality of the food items was noticeably subpar. stone hard bread was served, limited food selection

spacious room convenient location noticeable cleanliness
Our room was spacious, larger than expected. The location was very convenient near the train station and main attractions. The cleanliness throughout was very noticeable. The breakfast was rich and the staff was very kind.
The online check-in process felt impersonal because there was no front desk or receptionist available for questions or local tips.

I found the location excellent, especially for accessing tourist attractions and shops. It was convenient! the beautifully decorated room included great amenities such as a safe and a coffee machine. i especially appreciated the efficient key code check-in. It worked perfectly .
The room was quite small and it offered very limited storage space. There was only a small closet without hangers.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to many key attractions. Its central situation provides easy access to various restaurants and shopping areas. i found the main historical area quite close, and most necessities within a short fifteen-minute walk.

Although i did not partake in extensive dining at the hotel. I did note that the immediate area presents multiple options for meals. numerous restaurants with varied cuisines are located within easy walking distance, presenting convenient alternatives.

the hotel provides a functional elevator, a necessary facility, and also luggage storage solutions were offered for convenience. i observed that these services greatly assist guests arriving early or departing late, addressing common travel needs.

My room was quite clean and well kept. It presented a modern aesthetic with sufficient space for relaxation. the bed was very comfortable and it included quality linens. A fridge was also available for personal use.
