the hotel was very close to ostiense station, i found the location convenient. the suite was large and well equipped, with a mini apartment layout and separate living area. staff assisted with taxi arrangements to the station and were generally helpful. the room smelled nice and housekeeping was thorough.

The locked kitchen cupboard setup and extra charge for kitchen use was not ideal. It felt a little inconvenient.

The staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants,. The front desk always greeted guests! and they assisted with arranging taxi services, however, support was limited during evening hours.

breakfast was delivered directly to the room, with a selection of items, though occasional omissions happened. there is a dining room available to use with their own food, a really nice option for independent travelers.

The hotel offers an optional kitchen rental service, though it is behind locked doors. there is a rooftop area. I sat to watch sunsets. And the hotel is located near metro and train lines for easy access.

The room was spacious enough.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was substandard. I found mould near the shower area which I consider unacceptable. It also cost extra to use the kitchen. I think this should be included.
