I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, especially the perfect cleanliness of the hotel. From the hallways to common areas, it felt SO fresh. laundry service was great, clothes came back quickly and in perfect condition. the staff were attentive. Their warm service anticipated my every need, i felt looked after. yoga with vel murugan was thoughtful. His style adapted to all levels.

i found the staff polite and helpful. mr pandian at the front desk was particularly warm!). the hotel had peacocks roaming freely. i enjoyed feeding them right from my hand, an lovely experience.
the digital door entry system was a bit tricky to use initially.

my colonial room had a comfortable king bed and overlooked the garden. the room was spacious and well-lit, i appreciated the no noise around. it had a rustic and classy feeling, reminiscent of its historical significance.

the grounds were lovely.
The billing process was flawed. i was double charged and the refund took an unacceptable amount of time to process. the upkeep of the rooms needs attention. I expect better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
