My room was a good size with a lovely bathroom. The bed was huge and really comfortable. It pleased me to see two chairs in the room. The beverage tray had a really good choice.
The evening meal menu had very little choice. There were maybe six choices with a burger and Croque Monsieur. It is not what I call fine dining. Drinks and meals could not be charged to the room for settlement on checkout. It never happened before.

the spa treatments felt wonderful , and the staff was lovely. the hotel is an ideal base for exploring dorset. the hotel facilities were super clean , and the restaurant offered food of great quality.
the car park outside needs some refurbishment , it looked a little tired.

I had a family double room. It was spacious. the bathroom included both a shower and a bath. tea and coffee supplies in the room were top quality.
the hotel is mainly for business and events, and this was not clear when i booked.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were so informative, too! the food was AMAZING!!! the chef's special steak was the best i have had in a long time. The presentation was great. all the food is fresh from the farm. It's all home produce. the room was very clean and spacious.
The curtains were thin. They let light into the room early in the morning and disturbed my sleep.

the hotel has two electric car charging points in the car park, very convenient for electric vehicle owners. the bathroom was noticeably warm and included modern fixtures and fittings.

the breakfast was delicious and offered full english and continental options for all tastes. the breakfast included homemade granola, a standout item, and very tasty coffee was readily available.
