The hotel is close to the train station and many attractions. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The location was great! the Duomo was a few minutes walking. Breakfast had many options I enjoyed.

I was on the third floor with steep, high stairs.

I found the room smaller than expected and quite noisy. the sound insulation seemed poor, i could hear noise from other rooms. breakfast was not great. The selection was limited. some items looked to be reused from the previous day. it also seemed like a shortage of staff.

i loved the mini bar it had everything i needed and more. the wine bottle i received on arrival was a great touch i felt so welcomed. the location is unbeatable it made exploring so easy. i found the staff friendly and helpful they really go above and beyond.

I just loved the helpful reception staff (especially Clara, she was great!). The central location was perfect for getting around. The room I had was very spacious and clean. I really appreciated that. I also enjoyed the breakfastwith beautiful flowers adding to the experience.
