the breakfast staff was attentive. the food was wonderful too. the room was beautiful. the spa was great.

i was slightly disappointed. the hotel manager seemed to ignore us. i noted this despite the fact we were staying in the presidential suite for four nights. i expect better acknowledgment from management.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. there were animals on the hotel, that was enjoyable. i appreciated the local food. It seemed fresh and sustainably produced. the hotel walks were also lovely.

The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel. I did not have control over the temperature myself. the temperature was set in winter mode when i arrived, this meant the heat was on! this. I had no way to manage the room temperature on my own.
