I found the hotel location convenient. Subway station access was so close. A convenience store nearby makes quick trips easy. I appreciated the public bath. It provided a pleasant surprise after a long day.
I notice staff training felt a little incomplete.

The room provides blackout blinds and a comfortable space. Cleanliness was superb, I did find the room very spacious. It also fits two large suitcases opened.

The front desk provided great service upon arrival. Staff speak fluent English that makes communication easy. I was charmed to see the hotel sent my charger internationally. It was quick and efficient.

the hotel's location near the higashi ginza metro station made travel easy. i found several combini close, this was very convenient. the room decor was beautiful and modern, i liked it. the beds were very comfy, important to me.
i noticed a small sizing sticker on the wall and some missed hairs, this indicates cleaning oversights.

the breakfast had many selections, i enjoyed eggs, rice, noodles, salad, cereal, and fruit. the food tasted very good, i was satisfied with it.

my room was quite spacious with nice decoration and color schemes. the bathroom area was equipped with a shower and tub. i found the bed to be very comfortable.

The room offered a standard double non-smoking layout. It had super fast WIFI. The transportation access seemed very convenient as subways are near.
The hotel location could feel remotely from the station, it caused tiredness after a whole day. There was no hot water available at the check-in cafe.
