Really good stay!
local transport attentive staff convenient location clean premises
The hotel's proximity to local transport was very useful, with a bus stop right outside. I found the national rail stations also within walking distance. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the premises. Staff members such as Adi in the breakfast area set a high standard.
The room felt a little warm, though I was able to adjust the thermostat after a while!

My beautiful King room included very good wifi. There were also a lot of plugs available, including USB C ports which I found rare. The room was fairly big so i had plenty of space.

food shortage stained duvet
I HATED the breakfast service. Waiting each morning was an absolute chore because the food was constantly EMPTY. the juice station suffered a similar fate, frequently lacking cups. i also noticed a disgusting stain on the duvet. it's the LITTLE things, REALLY.

friendly staff helpful staff dirty area constant noise
the reception staff were friendly it made arrival easy i enjoyed the breakfast it had plenty of choice. the hotel location is good i walked to many places the staff were helpful.
the swimming pool did not have enough beds the pool area was dirty. i found the ventilation noise constant it was difficult to sleep well

The room was spacious with a king bed. It was very comfortable. staff were friendly. the housekeeping service was attentive, i appreciated that. the location was near the city center.
the ventilation noise was noticeable during the night. it was a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

the superior king room featured a comfortable king-size bed. the breakfast buffet had many choices including a nice selection of pastries. the staff at the front desk were always available and helpful (i appreciated their quick responses).
the room decor felt a bit outdated.

friendly staff equipped gym lobby starbucks hard mattress hip pain poor sleep
the staff was friendly and helpful always. the gym was well equipped too. i liked that the hotel had a starbucks in the lobby area for a quick coffee.
the bed was not the best experience. the mattress feelt hard, even with the topper on it. i woke up during the night because hip pain was present.

solid stay near the sec
excellent housekeeping clean room convenient location secure parking
the hotel is well situated near the sec. i could easily walk to the city centre from there. the room was lovely and clean. housekeeping was excellent (they even left some extra coffee). i found secure parking at the hotel.
the shower was a little feeble.
