The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was EXCELLENT! Breakfast was top class and freshly cooked to order. I received good advice on places to visit .
The village is very narrow. The driveway into the cottage is also narrow. Parking required assistance, not ideal.

excellent stay
pretty garden friendly host dining suggestion
The location was beautiful with pretty gardens. tim, the owner, helped me park when the driveway proved narrow (it is a very small village). the hosts were very friendly. They offered suggestions for dining. i adored the two little black labradors.
our sleep was disturbed by other guests. they were coming in noisily late at night.

the location is perfect to salcombe. a nice pub exists in the village within a few minutes walk. the immediate surroundings include pretty gardens.

Tim and Sheila. They gave good advice on places to visit. The room was large and comfortable. It had an excellent bathroom. The breakfasts were top class and freshly cooked to order.
The structure is not well maintained in the details. This is evident from the published photos. The telephone line is absent, and the Wi-Fi is weak. The outdoor areas are neglected.
