Staff was very helpful I think. The receptionist was cute. The check in was easy, straightforward too. The location is on the promenade I like that.
Breakfast wasn't on hotel that's bad. We had very noisy people above us I was disturbed. I think this wasn't hotel fault.

the staff was great! helpful, friendly and always available when i needed them! even when i accidentally left my straighteners on. breakfast was excellent, it had a good selection, and there was plenty of it. the room was cleaned daily.
the bathroom was not so clean, and the bedroom carpet seemed like it had not been vacuumed recently.

mixed experience at this hotel
tricky showerthin walls
The room i had suffered from a few issues, though nothing major. the shower was tricky to turn on. This was a bit annoying first thing in the morning. also, i found the walls to be quite thin. i could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to relax in the evenings.

The staff provided prompt service at breakfast. i found the location convenient to the promenade. It made exploring easy. my room was clean upon arrival, and i appreciated that it had all necessary facilities.
The hill was a little steep. It was slightly inconvenient when carrying luggage.

The check-in process was fast. the location is convenient. I found it near public transport and the beach. breakfast service was excellent. which i really appreciated. the bed offered great comfort, and the shower provided a refreshing experience.
