fresh ingredients relaxing balcony helpful staff
the staff helped with directions and suggestions . breakfast included fresh ingredients, and i found it tasty. my room included a bathtub and a balcony i could relax on.
the riad is in a remote area without clear signage, so it resembles a random door.

helpful staff convenient location direct taxi basic breakfast limited options insufficient amenities
the staff were very helpful and honest i appreciated that. the location allowed taxis to drop us at the hotel without walking. it was nice they could bring us directly there and back.
the breakfast was basic with no menu or choices. fried eggs were served every morning. there was just one iron for eight rooms with no ironing board.

cold pool persistent inconvenience
the ac in my suite was subpar it barely cooled the room. breakfast felt limited the same fried eggs looked every morning. the pool was also surprisingly cold a real disappointment given the heat. there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom drains a persistent inconvenience. the location felt quite remote requiring taxis for most outings

some issues
cold rooms bathroom drain
The pool was advertised as heated, but it was freezing. my daughter really wanted to swim. the drain in the bathroom was also a problem. The water didn't go down, and it flooded into the bedroom. the staff did make an omelet when we didn't like the fried egg for breakfast, so i appreciated that gesture, but they usually ask how you want your egg cooked. the rooms were cold too.

amazing riad experience!
central location easy access helpful staff
i enjoyed the central location for exploring souks and sights. taxis were easily accessible , and food stops were nearby. the accommodation felt authentic , and i found peace at night despite the busy streets outside. staff members spoke english and were very helpful.
the pool was seriously cold , though it was advertised as heated. it was disappointing for my child , who really wanted to swim. inside , the rooms were also quite chilly.
