A good place to stay
attentive staffkey attractionsmissing lotioninconsistent service
The staff were attentive. Utkan and Aziz at the reception were especially helpful with questions. The rooms are super clean. I found the location good because it has a short walk to key attractions.
I did notice the absence of lotion or bar soap among the toiletries. Some days, the room service missed restocking items. I did not receive powdered coffee every day, and one day, I only had one robe.

The hotel staff are helpful. Utkan and Majed provided great hospitality. Ali and Hierallh served excellent Turkish coffee and free beverages. The staff answered all questions and offered a special map.
The room service was inconsistent. Sometimes powdered coffee was missing. Some days tissue was not available.

The complimentary Turkish coffee was available all day. The tea selection was superior. I especially enjoyed the Bosphorus view while savoring morning coffee from the rooftop terrace.
