the landscaping was very nice it provided excellent tranquility. the staff offered really good service i felt very cared for.
my call was rejected several times it was frustrating. the representative was unhelpful she did not apologize

the reception was warm. i had a seamless check-in with a comfortable seating area. the landscaping was immaculate. our beachfront executive suite waterpark access villa was fine. the design was beautiful and the accommodation was well-appointed.
the noise from nearby clubs was audible late at night.
