mixed feelings about the stay

slow room serviceindifferent staff
I was disappointed with a couple of things. the room service was quite slow. It took ages to get a simple order. also, some of the staff seemed a bit indifferent. they didn't smile much. men were just standing outside instead of assisting guests of what they were carrying. i found that frustrating.

i appreciated the staff's kindness and professionalism, especially salin. amina and jairah at reception were helpful. the location was great, a short walk to the shopping center. the burj khalifa view from my room added a magical touch.
The room was not fully ready for two guests. Extra towels and slippers were needed! the bathtub wasn't fully clean, and the iron remained out. the coffee capsules available were not replenished, lacking expected perks.

excellent cleanlinessbeautiful viewfriendly staffconvenient location
the lobby and the rooms were well-kept! the view from my room added relaxation to my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful. housekeeping was always available. the reception and gate staff were polite and cute. i felt right at home. the hotel is very close to a major mall and attractions, so exploring the city was easy.
one minor issue was that the receptionist seemed to lack some professionalism. i was kept waiting for my room, even though i arrived after the check-in time. the experience was not entirely smooth, though it was eventually resolved.
