helpful location free parking amazing mattress
location near the motorway was super helpful! finding the place was so easy. the car park was big and free. reception and the bar looked gorgeous! the room, a king bed beautiful, felt huge. it also had a fridge and a coffee machine. i loved the spa, and that mattress? amazing!

the hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was very clean. it included bathrobes and good tea. i found the pool area and sauna excellent. the quiet rooms ensured a good night's sleep.
the environmental initiative meant the room temperature was preset, a bit chilly for february.

staff impoliteness kettle absence
the cleanliness of the room met my Expectation.
The check-in staff displayed impoliteness. I had to wait an unreasonable time to be acknowledged because the staff was more focused on serving drinks to other guests. i Also found that the coffee machine in my room malfunctioned, and there was no kettle present. this deficiency affected my capacity to prepare a hot beverage in the room.

the staff were very helpful and cute! i booked a suite with lots of space. we all enjoyed the pool and sauna, it was so relaxing.
The early check-in cost an extra €15. the first room i was given wasn't clean. There was a lot of dust, stains, and an empty hand soap. i did get an upgrade after i showed photos, though.

I really appreciated the convenient location close to the motorway. The hotel offered secure external parking which was an asset. The lovely big room featured a nice bathroom. I enjoyed the excellent shower. i slept very well. The bed was so comfortable!
the pool seemed small AND cold. it could be more accessible for disabled guests.

This hotel offered quiet, VERY comfortable, and clean rooms. I was glad to use the pool. It helped me unwind after a long drive. The super nice team and professional, attending to every need. Plenty of free parking made arrival easy.
The coffee machine in the room didn't work, and there wasn't a kettle available.
