The staff was pleasant. I found good service there. Breakfast included homemade lemon cake. They even let you borrow a water bottle, it is a nice service.
The room lacked storage. One TV did not work. Other TV's volume could not be lowered by remote. The welcome mat seemed filthy to me.

I found the location convenient. It was just a short walk from the train station. I enjoyed the comfortable bed in my room. The staff REALLY helped me with directions and suggestions for local spots.
The minibar wasn't restocked daily (it was only a minor inconvenience).

The location allowed quick access to many restaurants. The staff was helpful. I found reusable water bottles in the room, which I greatly appreciated. The silent room allowed for restful sleep.
I noticed the car park opposite the building smelled of urine and was quite dirty. I wish the condition was better.

The hotel had a great location for accessing the city center. I also found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely presented.
The towel heater rack in the room did not work. The remote control for the TV was also not fully functional. I found breakfast overpriced at €23 per person.

the location was amazing, just steps from the train station and city center. underground parking was very convenient. i especially liked the room size, it offered a lot of space.
i found the room a bit too warm, and it was hard to cool it down quickly.
