The air conditioning was not functional. This made the room uncomfortable. The food lacked flavor (I tried several dishes, but they tasted bland). The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were especially tasteless (however, there was a decent selection of cheese and ham).

The architecture had a super nice style and the rooms featured very nice furnishings. Breakfast offered a super-good selection. The pool area was really lovely. I enjoyed the fine views over the vineyards and Val d'Or.
The bar service was terribly rude, as I arrived at 12:01 and they would not serve me.

The breakfast selection was large and fresh with many options. The heated pool opened early at 8 AM. The wellness suite included a solarium a steam room and a sauna for guest use.

The hotel sits in the middle of vineyards offering expansive views all around. It is necessary to drive since the hotel is in a somewhat isolated location. A convenient cycle store exists onsite for those who wish to explore the area.
