The room had soundproof windows. I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I found fresh water distributors on each floor. That was convenient.

the rooms were clean at least, so that was acceptable.
The shower was difficult to use. The temperature fluctuated a lot. i also found the lack of proper soundproofing very annoying. I could hear street noise all night. the minibar was empty, quite inconvenient.

the staff was really cute and accommodating. the room was clean. i found a water dispenser in the hallway. i could fill up the carafes in my room, which i thought was great.
my only issue was the lack of body lotion in the standard room. i would have appreciated this amenity after a long day.

The hotel is close to the city center. This made getting around quite easy. The breakfast had a lot of options. I liked the water dispenser in the hallways. It was convenient to refill the carafe in my Classic Double Room Twin Beds.
The room felt a bit old. I noticed some wear and tear. The gym was smaller than I expected. There were only a few machines. I also wished there was complimentary water in the room. That would have been nice.

narrow entrancemissing room card
The underground parking was really difficult to navigate. It had very narrow entrances and sharp turns. it felt overpriced considering the hassle. also, the cleaning staff ignored my "skip the clean" tag. they entered my room anyway, rearranged my things, and even took one of my room cards, really annoying.
