the room was functional and clean. i found several power outlets in the lobby, a clean guest bathroom, and convenient storage lockers at a good price. hot water was available consistently in the shower and faucets.
the staff checked people in at late hours, turning the light on and waking everyone. i was charged twice for my stay and the issue was unresolved. the reception was often understaffed, so there were long lines.

The charging port above my bed was not working and I had to ask to change my bed.

The room had hot water AVAILABLE. The staff was very lovely and helpful. This REALLY stood out. Ordering from the bar using a QR code was a nice and modern option.
I found the location somewhat inconvenient. Reaching the city center required a 20 to 30 minute bus ride. The bus service was not frequent ENOUGH. The area lacked much activity.
