damp smell uneven flooring
the breakfast had a good selection.
The bathroom smelled damp upon arrival. i found the toiletries inadequate. the shower was also difficult to operate. My partner had a cold shower. the flooring in the room was very uneven, shaking the furniture.

the room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. the external bathroom (a detail i initially overlooked) was surprisingly large and well-kept.
breakfast service began quite early at 8 am. the uneven flooring in the room made walking uncomfortable (i had hoped for a bit of exercise).

The hotel had extensive grounds. The room was decorated to a really high quality. It featured a comfortable bed.

a charmed stay indeed!
clear communication beautiful room fine ground
stacey and the team are very cooperative. they let me arrived early for a wedding. the rooms were beautiful. the building and grounds are fine. i liked this very much.
the bathroom is in another place and it gets cold. my partner could not work the shower and used cold water. there were no much toiletries. i only found one small shower gel.

the landscaped gardens include a terrace. the building has fine kent countryside. the rooms are excellent size and wonderfully decorated. modern conveniences are supplied. the place is quiet and peaceful.

big grounds cute donkeys
The room was so big and airy. the bathroom held a bath that i melt into after a long day. i love the big grounds surrounding the house. i watch the donkeys roam. They were so cute.
The shower temperature varied a bit. I wish it was more consistent.
