rainfall shower endless choices gym equipment
The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast had endless choices (especially the pastries). The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes.
The spa closed relatively early on weekends.

friendly staff nice surprise
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy. little bonuses were a nice surprise. breakfast included many lovely options.
i encountered issues with a small double room. the room had limited space on the right side of the bed. i also noticed no hot water and smelly black water came up through the bath plug.

The breakfast offered many choices. items were beautifully presented and fresh. i also had dinner in the restaurant. The meal was superb and unhurried with prompt and courteous service. the restaurant provided a relaxed and elegant dining atmosphere.

Really good Service and Quality Amenities
friendly staff delicious curry good location
The staff were very friendly and caring I particularly enjoyed the curry room, but the brasserie is also fine. The Crown Cocktail Bar makes a nice beginning to the evening. Turn-down service is a good touch, and it ensures that towels are changed twice a day if needed.
The entrance was a bit misleading on arrival I found parking difficult due to a small lay by area
