My single room felt small and cramped. The manager said it was the budget option. I found his attitude unhelpful.

Excellent Hotel Experience

helpful staff coffee facilities
I found friendly and helpful staff at the hotel reception. My room on the second floor had comfortable bedding and good towels. I also appreciated the safe, coffee and tea facilities, fridge, iron, and board. A tv and plenty of hangers were useful additions. I enjoyed the hotel's bar and restaurant. Gerry welcomed us and seemed like a great host.
I requested a move from a first-floor room involving several flights of stairs. I felt this request should have been anticipated in a hotel with a lift.

central location tea facility coffee facility gloomy room dim room empty fridge
The location was central. It was just a short walk to the high street and bus terminal. My room had tea and coffee facilities plus a fridge. A safe. And fast internet. I also enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant. The service was excellent.
One of the rooms booked was unacceptable, especially considering the price! One room was light and airy. the other was dark and gloomy, its window faced passersby. Shutting the blind plunged the already dim room into darkness. The other did not.
