prompt attentiondining roomsnack plates
I appreciated the prompt attention to two minor issues in our room, they addressed these without delay. the dining room offered a wide variety of food, also service remained prompt. poolside snack plates were available during the day. I found this service good. parking seemed sufficient. I traveled by air and buses worked reliably.

the hotel provided convenient access to bus routes, i noted stops were within a short walk. groceries, restaurants, pubs, and the nearest beach were about twelve minutes away. st peter port is a twenty-five minute bus journey.

The comfortable room included necessary amenities. I found it convenient. there was a warm towel rail in the bathroom which i greatly appreciated. the hotel offered an eco clean option. I thought it an excellent idea.

The staff were pleasant and eager to assist guests. I found their help invaluable. the quality was excellent, food arrived promptly. the bar provided a pleasant touch. I enjoyed the atmosphere.

A Mixed Bag

The breakfast was fine (I liked the variety).
I found the walls were thin. I could hear my neighbors arguing one night and snoring the next. the heater was temperamental. It was either too hot and noisy or completely off, leaving the room cold.

The hotel had a pretty granite house. It included a nice court yard garden and a pool area. The location felt great. The hotel was very near bus stops, in case I didn't hire a car.
On my entry to the room, there was a musty smell. I noticed the start of some mould on the ceiling. The way they dealt with it felt very poor. After I told them about it, they went in to clean it, yet my husband had to open the windows beforehand.
