The room had a very good size and a functional layout. The cafe downstairs offered really good coffee I enjoyed. Staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful .

the room i booked was perfect for my family. there was heaps of space and the king bed was comfortable. the room was clean and the hotel staff service was good!!!
the hotel has very bad strict policies. i arrived a little early to check in and they wanted me to wait in lobby unless i signed up to membership even though my room was ready. breakfast was the worst i've ever experienced. it was not a proper buffet!!!

The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfy. Each bedside had both an outlet and a light switch. the bathroom area was roomy with good counter space, and i loved the shelves.

The super king room was spacious and well-kept.
The hotel did NOT have coin laundry facilities. There was only a clothes line in the bathroom, that is not very practical. The laundry service was available but it was an additional charge and inconvenient.
