the location was quite convenient.
Our room lacked a dresser, so we had no place to store our clothes. It was a real inconvenience. basic inquiries were met with instructions to email the manager. sadly, i never received a reply after numerous attempts.

The hotel is steps away from shops and lively bars. The staff greeted me warmly and promptly assisted with check-in. My room included useful amenities! I appreciated the quick resolution of a minor query.
The bathroom sink was a bit too low for comfort. I had to bend over quite a bit to use it properly.
