slow drainlimited space
the bathroom was quite small. the shower drain was slow. the lack of towel replacement added to the issue as i needed extra towels to manage the water. this situation was not ideal..

I stayed for a few days and the food was amazing! The breakfast had everything I wanted. the dinner was also delicious. The location is good, very close to the gondola. The spa was small, yet it has an indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna.
The room I got was a bit small, particularly the bathroom. The shower smelled a little like the drain, which I didn't like. The heater was not enough, it was a little chilly in the room.

Really good Stay, Quality and Care

I stayed at this hotel for five days with my family. We booked the all-inclusive package and were satisfied. The food was varied, delicious, and fresh. The restaurant staff were kind and attentive. The outdoor pool was great for cooling off on warm days (it was so refreshing!).
The steam sauna is quite small. It barely fits two people comfortably.
