The staff was helpful. the room included a small fridge for personal use. i liked the comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection. I especially liked the fresh fruit.

the absence of slippers was a minor inconvenience, considering the stone floor felt quite cold.

the staff was friendly and tried to assist where possible. Location is very central.

i found the room very noisy. Despite double glazing, street noise persisted LATE into the night. SLEEP was difficult.
