The breakfast service was slow. I waited quite a while for a cappuccino that never arrived even after I asked several times. I found the bed too firm for my liking? There was no electrical outlet near a mirror. So using the hairdryer was difficult.

The hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival, I felt so special. My room was really clean and I enjoyed a complimentary dessert plate one evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, fulfilling every request with a warm smile. I appreciated the central location, it made exploring the city so easy.

My Beautiful King Room had both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, a true luxury. Sound insulation was effective and there was a small refrigerator in the wardrobe. The hotel allowed opening windows, providing fresh air when I wanted it.

The hotel had a perfect location, being a short walk to the Tower Bridge. The underground station was close by, providing easy access to other areas. The area felt quiet, despite being central, allowing a restful night.
