the hotel staff did not clean the room properly. i needed to ask twice to receive clean towels. it's was disappointing, especially i told them about the problems with the room. it reminded me of they didn't care much about solving the issue.

The hotel is next to the slopes so quick access exist for skiing. The facilities are excellent. The wellbeing suite exist and I used the pool, gym and Turkish bath.
The food wasn't so good. I experience hamburger and pizza at terrace restaurant. I can say that it wasn't a margharita pizza.
