The hotel features very professional staff. The personnel are naturally friendly across all departments. Restaurant Veranda has a wonderful view and top service. Cadierbar is also lovely.
The room's upkeep seemed nonexistent. Instead of exuding vintage charm, rooms felt outdated. Carpets were worn and furnishings tired.

Splendid Stay Near the Palace

I enjoyed a beautiful room on the sixth floor. It did overlook the Royal Palace, I must say. Room amenities includes a great shower, and a comfortable soft bed. I really like the coffee machine and kettle. Breakfast included service that was excellent.
The bar got busy. It did tend to get very crowded at times.

The breakfast features great service. Staff makes sure that tables are clean, and offers a broad selection of fresh fruit and pastries. Custom. Gold-decorated tableware is used in the bar.

The room had very nice amenities. It included a comfortable bed and a modern climate control system. The bathroom features two separate sinks. A rainfall shower does add luxury.

Staff exhibited friendliness and helpfulness. The concierge assists with bookings. The reception staff is cute. They are attentive to guests' needs. Early evening drinks service was fast.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel is very central to shopping. It is a great location to take a ferry. I found the hotel is close to several attractions.
