nice luxurious getaway
friendly staff corner suite great concierge
richard checked me in. he was professional and very friendly. he greeted me with a glass of champagne on arrival, and i stayed in a corner junior suite. the concierge gave super restaurant recommendations. the secret champagne garden was a great experience after checkout.
breakfast service could be more attentive.

the hotel is close to several reasonably priced restaurants. it is also next to the s bahn and a u bahn line. many major sights are easily walkable from this place.

the room had a comfortable bed and i chose foam pillows. water bottles were replaced each day without asking. the corner junior suite was spacious and well-appointed. everything was clean.

the breakfast had a really good selection. i made made-to-order eggs. the champagne garden was excellent, and i enjoyed a glass of fizz. the staff was very kind.
