The location was central. The staff were friendly.
The receptionist was unsmiling. She failed to inform us we would still pay for breakfast despite cancelling it. We had not booked direct. We stayed three nights and had only one bath towel for two nights.

I found the hotel's location convenient, right near the train station. Exploring the city was easy due to the back streets offering direct access to shops and restaurants. The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a tasty breakfast with a vast selection of items. I made good use of the spa facilities after a full day of exploring. It was amazingly refreshing.
The air conditioning in a separate building did not function well. The room was not comfortable even at 5 degrees Celsius. Communal areas in the separate wing felt hotter and more humid than desired.
