Good stay near the Grote Markt

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the Grote Markt. The room had a nice bean bag chair and i found this feature a plus. The staff were very good, great to check in early, greatly appreciated after a long trip.
I must point out that , housekeeping didn't remove the used towel in the shower. It was a small issue (easily overlooked, of course).

the hotel room was very clean. everything inside the room worked well. the conditions of things were good, and nothing seemed overly used or worn. i also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful if i needed anything.
i found the room to be smaller than i expected. the furniture was like it was low quality. i think some updates would help a lot in making the place more comfortable. the size was somewhat disappointing

the staff were fabulous and showed kindness. our flight was cancelled and the reception was wonderful. i appreciate the lady who booked a cab to the airport even hours after checkout. all staff displayed the same care.
i noticed the window was not designed to open. it made getting fresh air a bit difficult. i believe improvements on fresh air circulation would be helpful.
