small gym limited menu
I found a couple things disappointing. the gym was quite small. it only had two treadmills and some free weights. also. The room service menu was rather limited. I hoped for more choices later in the evening.

amazing stay near zuid station!
easy access wide variety clean rooms
i loved how close i was to amsterdam zuid station! it made getting around so easy. the breakfast offered many choices, and the staff happily accommodated requests. the rooms were also quite large and very clean, which i really needed after a long day.
The hotel is taking a deposit for the already paid stay. This was not okay.

The premium king room club floor included modern furniture that was in great condition! it featured a safe and a good-sized bathroom. I appreciated that the room felt so cozy and cute. also, the room had no lack of toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently located just 600m from the zuid metro station. I found it so easy to get to the city center, airport and other places! this made it easy to get around to all the tourist spots. plus, the hotel is relatively new

convenient location effective soundproofing constant courtesy
The location was convenient near the train station. the room had effective soundproofing. I didn't hear neighbors or doors closing. the staff displayed constant courtesy was good, though the parking was expensive.
the room service menu felt quite restricted, especially late at night.
