my stay included good access to transportation given the hotel's proximity to the airport. the staff offered friendly and helpful service, which enhanced my visit. i found the food quality to be very good with plentiful options, it was much better than expected.
the room's air conditioning unit was quite loud. it made a good night's sleep difficult!

the location is very convenient. it provided easy access to nearby attractions and the airport. the hotel is located right on the beach, it offers fine views and immediate access to the red sea.

the staff exhibited really good attentiveness. they promptly addressed all my needs and requests. the restaurant staff was very professional. they made sure i had everything i needed.

the room featured a well-kept interior. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the pool area featured ample loungers. there was also a shaded section to ensure guests could relax comfortably.

the food was varied with themed evenings. everyone will find something for themselves. the main restaurant is clean, and the tables are cleaned regularly.
the rooms are very old. the water in the toilet was yellow. the bed's mattress was too old and it makes noise whenever you move.

Truly Really good Experience

The entrance was cute and excellent. Check-in with Nadir was kinda smooth. This made a perfect start to our relaxing work vacation. The restaurant staff worked hard during peak times, serving with attentiveness. The chefs provided amazing variety with healthy options. I especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights.
The air conditioning was quite loud. It slightly disrupted our sleep.

The Kitchen restaurant deserves special mention. The food quality was amazing!!! It had a great variety of options and offered themed dinner nights. Everyone found something to their taste. The restaurant staff were very friendly and always ready to serve you.

The room was perfect. It was clean and very spacious. A welcome fruit basket was a nice touch from the hotel. Our housekeeper Ahmed Moawed provided excellent service and was always there to assist with anything we needed.
