Ahmed from reception. he always ensured i had everything i needed and he was helpful. the hotel's location is super convenient. Getting around was easy. the hotel is beautiful, and i really enjoyed the pool.
I found that some of the room amenities were a little outdated. This required some patience

the reception staff, including ahmed and omer, provided excellent service (i felt so welcomed!). the hotel also arranged a nice mount sinai hiking trip and a scuba diving experience.
the music near the pool was a bit loud at times.

The breakfast was just ok, very repetitive. the same options every day really got to me. also, the internet was spotty, if it worked at all. it was frustrating since i needed it for some work. the shower also had issues. Water pressure was bad the whole time i was there.

My room included a very effective air conditioning system and a small refrigerator. The pool area had clean, refreshing water. A bar offered drinks right there. I especially liked the shuttle service. It conveniently took me to nearby locations.
I noticed that the dinner options seemed to run out quickly. If you are not punctual, you might miss out on some dishes.
