The room was excellent and it included a large balcony. Hardworking cleaners cleaned it every day. The swimming pools had many sunbeds and seemed clean.
I found the internet very sketchy. It was only reliable in the reception area. It constantly went down in the other public areas. The food quality was not consistently great. Only one bar served all-inclusive drinks, they were not excellent.

The room i got was a comfort double or twin room. it was kept clean. the hotel offers access to three swimming pools! i also found it convenient that it was close to naama bay. A short taxi ride cost only a few euros.
the all-inclusive bar closed quite early at 10 pm.

The reception team was helpful with any questions. housekeeping staff made creative towel arrangements daily. the restaurant manager was very attentive to guest needs and requests. He ensured efficient service.

the hotel location is near the city. it is convenient to reach a bancomat. the hotel also had three swimming pools available .
the all-inclusive ended quite early each night. there were three bars, but only one was included. that one bar was also far from the restaurant.

my weeklong stay included very helpful staff. the food selection featured amazing salads. ghallib especially was helpful. barmen and animation people were friendly.
The hotel shows its age. A thorough deep clean would make a difference.

The reception staff ensured a cute atmosphere. They were very helpful. tayseer provided particularly good assistance with food and beverage needs. Housekeeping maintained high standards. the entire staff worked hard to ensure guests felt comfortable.
