Location was near subway lines and nearby eating options. Cleanliness was good it was very quiet.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was 2 twins pushed together they kept separating during the night. The mattress was very hard.

The staff was ALWAYS available and helpful. They even assisted with directions. My room included a modern shower. The location proved convenient. It was near the Metro and several dining places. I found it very easy to travel around.
We sometimes waited a couple of minutes.

I found the staff very helpful. They got me to my room quickly. The hotel has shoppes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Getting to the train station was easy. The room was really quiet and the air conditioning worked great!!!
The room was quite small. The breakfast was not good. The eggs are microwaved and so was the bacon.
