Excellent Stay Close to the Vatican
super clean room fresh towels wide choice
The rooms were spotlessly clean I found this very cheerful. Fresh towels were supplied daily which I really liked. Breakfasts offered a wide choice I found many meats fruits cheeses and pastries. The bar was also great.
The room climate control was centralised which meant I needed to call the reception to adjust the temperature. This was a little inconvenient during the night.

I enjoyed the convenience of a taxi always available upon request. The front desk made it easy. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the housekeeping was superb. The room was always very tidy.

Wonderful Stay Near the Vatican

The location suited my travel purpose perfectly. It was a short walk to St Peter's Square. The hotel stored my bags without charge when I had a late flight, which I greatly appreciated. The staff spoke English well and ordered a cab whenever I needed one..
The room had little space for placing my belongings. I found this a minor inconvenience .

unfriendly staff missing housekeeping
the lack of friendliness from the staff was noticeable during my seven-night stay. i was not even asked if everything was satisfactory or if i enjoyed my stay upon checkout. housekeeping did not appear for two consecutive days which was quite inconvenient. the lobby felt more like a luggage storage area than a cute space.

nice addition helpful staff bad coffee little room
I loved that the room had a dressing gowns, it was a nice addition. The staff was really helpful, they assist me with direction and recommendations for local restaurant.
The coffee at breakfast was not very good. I also found that there were little room for my things in the room, so i had to keep some in the suitcase.

The location was acceptable.
