amazing stay!

the breakfast had so much choice , and you could even order breakfast. the staff were efficient , friendly , and just perfect. i loved the sky bar , especially the wonderful ukrainian bar tender , she was super friendly , even bringing over peanuts. i really liked the bar tender downstairs , she remembered my partner liked ice with his beer.

i prepaid for an extra night by mistake and told them on day one , but they kept pushing it off.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station , great for transport links. it is also near the main square . i really appreciated the central position.

the room was super clean and decorated tastefully, it had great tea and coffee facilities. complimentary water and toiletries were also provided. an iron and hairdryer. i also had fresh towels every day , and they stocked up my drink supplies.

my premium king room had a really comfortable bed. bathrobes and slippers were provided, which i always appreciate. the breakfast included hot items made to order, the food was AMAZING!!!

the room was smaller than expected at only 13 square meters i found this disappointing i had difficulty finding space for luggage the premature departure occurred because of this space issue i wish the hotel had provided a more accurate room description. the service felt inadequate particularly concerning an overbooked and prepaid night there seemed to be a lot of buck-passing.

A Solid Hotel Experience

The hotel has a excellent location. Easy access exists for walking and public transport are available. The staff were professional with big shout-outs. Valerian and Ola in the Restaurant were very helpful. Gabriel and Dominic on Reception are smart.

The room and the bath are tight. The cabinet not deserve the name. I was like a burden. There were only bottle beer in the bar. Prices in the roof terrace bar are too expensive.
