Very nice Stay at a Central Gem

central location warm staff clean room shuttle service

The hotel location was superb, right in the heart of everything. The staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful with directions. The room was clean and I felt very comfortable. I also took advantage of the convenient shuttle service they offered.

I noticed some minor wear on the furniture in the room, though it didn't impact my overall stay.

central location excellent breakfast helpful staff

The hotel boasts an really good location right on the main market square. the quality of breakfast was excellent. the staff brought our luggage to the room. That was very helpful.

central location attentive staff fresh options

i loved the location, right on the main square. the staff were super attentive and friendly, always ready to help. breakfast was delicious with so many fresh options, i enjoyed that part a lot!

The minibar pricing felt a little off. I found a soft drink charge i didn't recognize when checking out. it caused an uncomfortable moment during an otherwise great checkout. the receptionist was not so friendly!

the hotel has a really convenient elevator, it even includes a mirror, that is cleaned daily. i observed staff paying close attention to every detail ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout. this creates a positive environment for every guest.

breakfast included both local and international choices. the presentation of cooked eggs was good and delicious. water, fresh juices, tea, and coffee were available for free all day so guests never go thirsty.

friendly staff coffee tokens small duvet lukewarm food

the rooms were large, this i liked. the staff was friendly, helping me with all requests i had. they even gave me tokens for coffee at the restaurant outside, a good thing i think.

the breakfast was not good. the continental options were limited, and the hot food was only lukewarm, it was not as good as expected. the duvet on my bed was too small too, it did not fit the bed.
