i found the location central. it allowed simple access to major attractions in downtown. the breakfast was amazing with a great selection. parking access was also easy to manage. the staff displayed polite and friendly attitudes, too.
the air conditioning to the restaurant and the rooms could have been more powerful, it felt weak. there was no bar at the rooftop pool area, surprising.

the rooftop infinity pool provided great views. the steam room and spa facilities were also very good. easy access to shops and restaurants contributed to our convenience. the hotel also offers a garage 500m away.

the staff were helpful. housekeeping cleaned the room daily. fresh shower gel and other amenities were provided regularly. the reception staff were professional. they ensured we felt welcomed and cared for.

The heated pool on the rooftop charmed me, offering fine views. the location was great. It was central to major attractions. the staff were polite, and their friendly attitude.
The air conditioning in my room made a terrible clicking sound, even on the minimum setting. it needs upgrading or repairing. the breakfast was not good. i'd say it was the worst food i've ever eaten in italy. It was a catastrophe!
