Staff showed professionalism! early check-in was granted. they packed a breakfast for my early checkout. It's a five-star experience!

the hotel is a five-minute walk from the principe train station. great restaurants are within walking distance. the room was super clean and quiet. the staff are multi lingual and very professional, I found them polite. the breakfast lounge has been remodeled with brighter colors and was inviting.
The rooms are a little dated. A refresh would improve them.
