the room i booked, a superior double or twin room, was smaller than expected. the bathroom felt dated, and the shower pressure was quite low. i also noticed some stains on the carpet (it really detracted from the overall feel). the breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection felt limited considering the price.

The staff were really hospitable and helpful. stacey at reception gave amazing advice about the area, especially nice places for french cuisine. i would certainly return. It's a wonderful experience. the hotel has all the comforts one associates with luxury in the south of france, and the contemporary technological amenities are perfect.

the location is further from the center than i expected. it took about 33 minutes to walk there.

This hotel is near a tram station for easy access from the airport. It's very convenient! it's also only a short walk from the main shopping area. the neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to escape the bustle.

the hotel staff was really helpful . they helped me with directions to the nearby attractions. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. i also appreciated the cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.

the elevator was a bit slow (it seemed like only one was working). this sometimes caused delays, especially during peak hours. i hope they can improve this soon.

my superior double room featured comfortable twin beds, perfect for a restful night. the room was also equipped with a modern tv and climate control, which ensured a comfortable temperature . i also had a small desk.
