The room had a coffee machine with capsules. A dish washing machine was available including laundry and tablets. I found both hair conditioner and an iron. The digital key on my phone was helpful. The location is close to a relaxing spa.
I noticed room service for cleaning and towel changes was unclear. these services felt overpriced. One night, the fire alarm activated and there was no one at reception to assist us. We had to evacuate in the cold rain, and it took them 25 minutes to turn off the alarm. Afterwards, they offered a simple apology.

the studio apartment king bed had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen, i really appreciated that. there were clear instructions for using all the appliances. the nearby tram stop made getting around easy.
The gym was quite small. It only had a few machines.

I appreciated the proximity to public transport. tram stops were just around the corner. i found a nice cafe near the tram stop. It was great for breakfast options. a supermarket was also nearby, handy for essentials.
the shower cubicle felt a little small. i would have liked more space there. there were no phone number at the entrance in case of emergency

the location was great. i found the area safe and convenient. the free water bottles were a nice touch. i also appreciated that they let us check in early, even though check-in time was later, a real bonus after traveling.
i noticed that the smart tv in the room was smaller than expected, and i would have liked to have a safe for valuables. i would have appreciated the opportunity to relax on the balcony.
