The breakfast was indeed fresh. i especially loved the pistachio croissants. I will remember them forever. we also booked the gourmet experience. It was a fabulous culinary journey. the courses were chosen from the a la carte menu, paired with wine selected with the staff's help.
The room was not perfect. the shower cubicle was awkwardly tiny, and i struggled a bit. the wellness menu was limited. The main course choices were mainly fish or beef. we found a lack of other meats.

the hotel offered a beautiful pool.. it had good amenities. i found it nicely decorated. the location was amazing.
i noticed a few penny-pinching touches. four coffee pods were in the room for the lavazza machine, but they were not renewed daily. additional pods cost €2 each.

The breakfast pastries tasted fresh. Dinner included many delicious options. The spa had a steam room and sauna. I found gated parking out front very convenient. The thermal pool felt really special and i found a great variety of drinks and snacks there.
The hotel was wonderful, but the gym could open a bit earlier. 7:30 Would be a better time.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk team helped book last minute activities. I found a personal guided tour of the hotel on arrival. Reception staff seemed excellent and very attentive.

The hotel stands by shops and a castle. The location is ideal. It is calm within the bustle. The position beside the castle offers gorgeous views. Lake Garda swims are a highlight.

Hotel STAY was FAB!

I loved that the hotel is near castle walls. There is also an amazing lake view from my room! Plenty parking spots are available. Hotel employees are always helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed a warm, great pool during a rainy day. I love the tasty restaurant meal, I would stay again!
The gym did not open until 7:30 AM. This could be changed.

My room included two separate sinks and rainfall showers. The decor was modern and very clean. It also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area, it was picturesque.
