Fantastic Stay with Amazing Lake Views
convenient location helpful staff breakfast options
I found the location convenient to all travel links and amenities. The lakeside is just across the road! The staff helped with every request I had, which I appreciate! I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, it included plenty of options.
I noticed the hotel has no car parking on site. I had to use a paid public underground car park. It was about a 5 minute walk away.

The location is unbeatable with the hotel being a stone's throw from restaurants, the lake, and the pier. Everything is within easy walking distance, which I loved.

The breakfast buffet is extensive! I found a wide and interesting choice of sweet and savory items. I was also happy to find attention to detail throughout the hotel.

amazing stay!
fresh food gluten-free products helpful staff
The breakfast offered a super selection of food.. EVERYTHING was fresh and beautifully presented. I have a gluten intolerance and the hotel took great care by offering gluten free products each morning.
The hotel did not provide tea or coffee making facilities in the room, this meant I could not have a hot drink first thing in the morning. A kettle would have been fantastic. This is a minor issue though.

The reception team greeted me warmly on arrival and check-in was painless. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and provided perfect service throughout the stay. They were always smiling and willing to assist.

The location is perfectly situated for exploring the area and is close to many restaurants. A lift provides easy access to the rooms. The hotel overlooks the lake and it offers a beautiful view.

The room was modern and super clean. The platinum suite offered immaculate views. Amenities ensured a comfortable stay, including a spacious layout.. it was perfect. The bathroom includes basic toiletries.

huge choice helpful staff cold room burnt coffee
the breakfast was excellent i found a huge choice of foods. reception staffs are the best i have came across they where so helpful. nothing was to much trouble and a lady in the breakfast toom was always there for assist.
the room was basic and very cold i felt it even with heating on full blast. the satellite tv only showed local tv programs and i could not watch any english programs. the coffee tasted burnt.

the room had a nice balcony with a direct view of the lake. the staff was friendly and very efficient. the breakfast offered a lot of choices.
the room was very basic, and water was not provided daily (no tea or coffee).

The reception staff explained clearly where to park the car in the public parking not far from the premises. all personnel were friendly and helpful. They served with a smile. i felt welcomed.

the breakfast buffet had croissants, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, fruits and cakes. it also included a true italian cappuccino (i especially liked the coffee). there was everything i needed.

The location is central, in front of the lake. Ferries are nearby. the hotel has a lift to rooms, very convenient. the breakfast room has a fantastic view of the lake.
