the hotel's location is killer! right in the town center and directly on the water, it's a total win. i loved having access to a private jetty with sick lake views. the modern downstairs area also added a great vibe!
restaurant staff, unfortunately, lacked attentiveness! i felt a bit unwelcome, particularly when requesting simple things like hot water.

i adored that our room had two balconies overlooking the lake! everything remained wonderfully clean. the staff during breakfast and dinner seemed genuinely helpful. the daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a lovely touch.

The breakfast staff greeted everyone with a smile! samah stood out with her kindness each morning, my children specifically mentioned her. giuseppe at reception was consistently helpful and offered greetings daily. Though the check in process was a bit lengthy.

The location proved really good. It provided immediate access to the lake , and i enjoyed many sunsets. Breakfast offered a GREAT selection of options.
The restaurant staff were UNHELPFUL at times. I asked for some water, and the attitude was quite poor. I also noticed thin walls, i could hear neighbors.

The lake view from the balcony was fine, a perfect start to each day. Breakfast offered a great choice of food with variety. The staff were cute and always professional. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, especially the pizza, AMAZING!!!
The room décor is a bit dated, but this did not detract from the overall quality and cleanliness of the stay.
