amazing breakfast, great location!
spacious bathroom breakfast buffet turkish offering
the room i booked featured a spacious bathroom, i loved this. the breakfast buffet impressed me with varied continental and traditional turkish offerings. as a first-time visitor, it totally satisfied my tastebuds on turkish breakfast foods.
i left my backpack and my macbook inside my room. the cleaning ladies opened my backpack and stole €60 in cash that was inside my backpack. the reception tells me that they don't know anything and that i could put my backpack in the safe.

a good stay overall
helpful staff excellent hospitality faulty shower temperamental aircon
The staff were very helpful and friendly! especially rabea, their hospitality was excellent and breakfast was great. Though i couldn't find a better place to stay in a good location. i really liked that they arranged a flat rate taxi for airport pick up and drop off. It was reasonable and efficient.
the shower didn't work, and the air con was temperamental. i was told that someone would show me how to use it, it showed a temperature much cooler than it actually was.

adequate stay overall
attentive staff clean rooms street noise overpriced breakfast
the staff at the front desk were very attentive they were always happy to help with any questions. the rooms were kept very clean i found housekeeping to be thorough and consistent.
the street outside was quite noisy the trams ran frequently and i could hear them from my room. the breakfast was overpriced i thought 30 euros per person was excessive considering the options available nearby.

Acceptable stay with issues
small room malfunctioning air conditioning
The hotel location proved convenient (it was near public transport).
The room was too small. I found it quite cramped. the air conditioning in my room did not function properly the first night. It wouldn't switch off. This made it difficult to sleep that night because of the constant cold air and the noise.

The staff was kind and helpful. My room was well-equipped with quality amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh pastries and cooked eggs. The lobby decorations gave the hotel a boutique style.
